2016 widely used anti-leakage PP filtering plate
PP filtering plate is mainly used for filtering process with shortened filter cycle, high solid rate and improced filtering effects as the latest and most practical new type filter plate.
Resistance to high temperature, high pressure and corrosion.
There is silicone rubber around the perimeter of the filter plate, helps to prevent leakage.
1. Plate classify: The plate and frame filter press, recessed plate filter press and membrane filter press
2. Materials: enhanced polypropylene filter plates, glass fiber polypropylene filter platels, TPE membrane filter plates, polypropylene membrance filter plates, cast iron filter, stainless steel filter plates, etc.
3. Working temperature: less than 80C
4. Filtration pressure: 0.6Mpa-0.8Mpa
5. Squeezing pressure:1.0-1.3Mpa
6. The feeding modes: middle feeding
7. Various types: 800*800mm, 1000*1000mm, 1250*1250mm, 1500*1500mm, 2000*2000mm.
