♦Introductions♦
AE300L-P laboratory shearing emulsification machine adopts compact structural
series high speed mini dynamo drive, which is used to the following things in lab or
middle stage test workshop, such as, low to middle or high viscosity liquid stirring
mixture, pulverizing particle material is sheared or emulsified in liquid medium.
The machine consists of driving dynamo whose body is high-density aluminium die-cast alloy, shearing emulsifying working head made of excellent stainless steel,
speed controller.

Technical parameter
♦ Shearing emulsification theory ♦
High-speed dynamo drives the shearing emulsification working head, cooperating
precise rotor and stator of working head. High-speed rotation of rotor will form some comprehensive kinetic energy, such as,
high-frequency and violent tangent to periphery speed and rotation velocity.
The laboratory material will be inhaled to rotor area from the bottom of laboratory
container and will be thrown out from the stator hole by centrifugal force. Stator and
rotor will form combined effect in a reasonable slit, such as, violent and reciprocating hydraulic shear, friction, centrifugal extrusion, and flow collision. The laboratory
material repeats the previous working process and bears shear, avulsion, impact and mixture which reach ten thousands of times per minute. The shearing emulsification effect can be reached. The effect will be 1000 times higher than ordinary stirring.
The laboratory shearing emulsification machine can be used in the following fields,
such as, organization dispersion of Biotechnology field, sample preparation of
medicine field, enzyme treatment of food industry, pharmacy industry, cosmetic
industry, paint industry and petrochemical engineering industry, etc as well as some
liquid material.
The experimental medium can be refined by extrusion, impact and
mixture, and they can be mixed more averagely, so as to prevent and lower the layers with feed liquid, Such as, homogeneous and emulsifying process of homogenate,
histocyte of dairy products, beverage, cosmetics, drug .Working head configurations of different specifications are designed to satisfy different experimental demands,
covering more extended applications-smash, emulsify, homogeneity, polymerize,
suspension, dissolve, and stir.
