1.Improve inner design of retary mould;adopts imported bearing to make sure the precision and life of equipement.
2.Cam is put under;addd pressure spray pump to keep lube inside the cam groove,the parts like will be extended.
3.Using extra large canm dividing box,we are one of a few doemstic enterprise which use RU100 and RU100 dividing box to work together.The cost is increased,but the machine's stablity and life increase too.
4.Adopts computer to control,stepless frequency conversion variable speeds,Programmable control,digital displayer,the operation is easy.
5.Uses lower plane of measure dish as base,three dimensional adjusting mechanism,clearance is even,Measurement accuracy is better than the national Standard.
6.Add capsule control button(control outside the machine,safer and more convenient)
7.Add inching control system,it is convenient to operate during producting and cleaning
8.The machine has security protection device,automatic stop device.Running is stable and safe,The eligibility ratio is more than 99%,It is ideal equipment of capsule medicine factory.
