Product Introduction:
This series label shrink packaging machine is mainly for bottle-shaped, pot-shaped, cup-shaped product label barrel contraction, can shrink bottle bottle , bottom, and overall suitable for food, medicine, cosmetics, pesticides and other industries label glass bottles, plastic bottles, paper cups and other containers contraction; wherein the BSS-1538C label shrink packaging machine only for the bottle of contraction.
Shrinkage temperature intelligent control; conveying speed by the electronic governor stepless adjustment; unique delivery device, to ensure smooth delivery; heated 360-degree rotation to ensure uniform shrinkage.
Procedure:
1 put the machine on the ground, connected to the power supply;
2 Turn on the machine side of the power switch, and then turn on the power switch on the panel, which has power switch lights up;
3 Open the heating switch, this time, the temperature control table should be numerical display, adjust the temperature, which was controlled in an appropriate range;
4 according to the actual position of the packaging film thickness and film labels and other factors, adjust the heat and hot or individually select the heat or heat knob to put the right gear.
5 Open the transport switch, and adjust the delivery knob;
6 After the above operation is completed, the machine operation (warm-up) for 5-10 minutes, then turn the heat cycle switch on the panel, you can begin to contract work.
