2) Main Components
The full-automatic concrete tile making machine includes the following parts:

Mix water, raw material such as cement, coal ash and sand up in proportion and feed the mixture evenly to
the main machine of the CNC concrete tile making machine, and then under the high pressure of a hydraulic
cylinder and a mould, semifinished concrete tiles that become concrete tiles after maintenance and painting
are produced. If different moulds such as terrazzo moulds are applied, terrazzos can be obtained.
The working flow of the concrete tile making machine is as follows:

Note:
A. Drain: As the concrete tile making machine adopts wet material to produce tiles, in actual scene, a drain
along side the main machine is required. This is a sectional drawing of the production line, so the drain is
drawn on one side for your easy understanding.
B. Boiler plant: The boiler plant is optional in this production line and is not included in our quotation for
this production line. The steam curing provided by the boiler plant can greatly shorten the curing period of
the concrete roof tiles or terrazzos to around 24 hours. In this way, the usage efficiency of the tile pallets
can be improved in great extent and the period to get the finished concrete tiles is greatly shorten too. The customer can choose whether to install the boiler plant according to actual circumstance locally. Under
normal circumstance, the boiler plant is not required, and the concrete tiles are fine to leave the factory
after natural curing of 14 to 20 days.

A: We can provide machines making concrete roof tiles, cement tiles, terrazzos, and bricks or blocks.

A: For concrete roof tiles or terrazzos, maximum size achievable on MYW-8 tile forming machine is 600*600*70mm, maximum size achievable on MYW-10 tile machine is 1230*640*20mm and 1000*1000*70mm.
3) Q: What's the production capacity you would like to achieve?
A: Our MYW-10 tile machine can achieve capacity of 1200 to 1500 pieces per 8 hours for concrete roof tiles, 1000 to 1100 pieces for terrazzo floor or wall tiles.
4) Q: Working voltage you would like to use? 220V or 380V?
A: The voltage of our machines is 380V.
5) Q: What's the MOQ of your machines?
A: The MOQ is 1 set.
