Description:
Double shaft shredder is specially designed for crushing plastic big volume hollow material, such as packing drums, barrels, tyre, pipe, pipe fitting, shell of household appliances and so on. It adopts PLC control, with function of start, stop, inversion, overload automatic reverse and functional recovery, overload automatic return. This double shaft shredder with a low speed high torque, low noise characteristics.
Working principle of double shaft shredder: two sets of knife shaft by relative rotational movement. Fixed blades and cutter heads with spacer forming cut each other, which will cut the material to reach breaking action. Two sets of knife shaft's rotational speed differential, also during the cutting process to tear the material, thereby improving efficiency.

One year since date on bill of loading.
4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine?
All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
