Description:
Infrared rays are the quickest and most energy efficient way to crystallize and dry PET, a thermoplastic polym-er resin used in anything from beverage containers to engineering resins. In fact, compared to conventional crystallizers and dual bed dryers, infrared dryers have been proven to reduce energy costs by up to 45%. That’s because this type of technology continuously processes PET flake, reducing moisture from over 3500 ppm to under 50 ppm in an hour, which is 4-5 times faster than standard crystallizer systems.

Service:
- Guarantee period: 13 months since date of bill of lading. During this guarantee period, Lianda will provide spare parts for free in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by buyer’s incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
- If machine has the quality problem, Lianda will solve the problem what the buyer face about the machine in 24 hours.
