2.Body material
Wholly integrally molded fiber glass sheet/galvanize colour plate with 35mm polyurethane as layer in middle, total thickness is 50mm. Any logos is available.

High-power distribution box added with safety switch; LED lamp on roof;
Standard socket quantity as need;Cable layout as need
Exterior side lights and reflector;Tail light , braking light and turning light
vehicle power connecter and tail light power connecter as need.

1).Working bench made from 304 food grade stainless steel with sliding doors underneath
2).Doors with waterproof sealing strip and high safety lock
3).Window with waterproof sealing strip and hydraulic pressure jacks.Sliding window as optional
4).Double sinks with cold/hot water tap and 12V water pump
One hand-washing sink with towel holder and soap dispenser as need16L waste water tank and 16L fresh water tank freely ;Food grade material 150L waste water tank and 150L fresh water tank as optional
5).Anti-slip floor and easier to clean instead of checked aluminum plated

Our trailer inside standard is s/s working bench, sliding doors, water system. Electricity system,braking system,traction system.
But we can equip other cooking appliance as your customization.
For instance, gas griddle, gas fryer, gas burner,crips machine , kebab machine,hot dog machine , showcase,ice cream machine , slush machine , air conditioner.range hood etc.

Step 2: reference materials
pls offer us more details about your requirement:size,material,colour,voltage,logo,function,packing ,quantity and some details date,or other special requirement,of course,offer more related pic ASAP.
Step 3 : design expense
if the appearance of the machine don't change,there will not charge the design expense.if there need a new design,you need to pay the design charge, When order confirmed, we will refund the design fee to you.
Step 4 :Design
After we received your design payment ,our designers will make 3D design for you.The initial design will be finished in 3-5 working days and be sent to you for your approving .
Step 5 :Engineer recommendation
Our engineer will give you more practical Suggestion on the machine according your thoughts,they are more professional when your thoughts can not combine with actual.
Step6:optimize
The design will be revised free for 3 times if you request .
Step7:Price caculation
According to the design and requirement,we give you the quatation.
Step8:Reaches Agreement
when price and design are approving,we reaches agreement.at the same time,the design fee refund to you.
Step9:Production
When design and contract are confirmed, we start to produce.
No1:Is sample order accepted?
Yes,sample order is accepted. You can place a trail order to evaluate the product quality and fabrication skill first.
No2:Is customized order accepted?
Yes, customized order is accepted.we are the ODM and OEM company.we can make the machine accroding to your requirement.
No3:How about the delivery?
after a 50%-80%deposit(if the machine is customized,you need to pay 80% deposit, if the amount is little,you need to pay full payment),we will prepare the products .
No4:How long of the validity term of the quotation?
The validity term of the quotation is 30days.
No5:How long of the guarantee period?
The Guarantee period is one or two years.
No6:Can we visit your factory?
Yes,of course,we are so happy if you visit our factory.
No7:After-sales service
According to the equipment which you have bought,we will discuss more information or technology about the machine with you,also send you pic or vedio about how to use and install it.
