INTRODUCTION OF THE PROCESSING LINE
To clean and sort the sorghum, we can supply you the whole design of the processing line.
It consists the SCREW ELEVATOR, SORGHUM HULLER, GRAVITY AIR SCREEN CLEANINER,
to finish the huller, cleaning and sorting works.
The sorghum huller can control the grinding force to shell the chaff without any damage of the sorghum,
when the sorghum feeding into the veritical air screen through the elevator, the dust leaf and some chaff
will be removed. Then the sorghum will fall on the gravity table, with the function of vibration, the blighted sorghum
will be removed, after that the sorghum goes into the vibration grader to remove some big size impurities
on the first layer.
And the cleaned sorghum will be sorted into differetn sizes: big middle and small.
This whole line can reach 10T/hour capacity. And imporove your productivity largely.
