This machine is a large cleaning machine with the integrated function of air screen, gravity separator, separating light impurity, it can remove the dust, bran, straw, blighted seed, worm-eaten seed, moldy seed and other light impurity. It is especially fit for the cleaning of corn ,wheat ,paddy, barley, peas, soybean, mung bean, rapeseed. Comparing with the traditional processing machines, it has the advantage of big capacity, integrated function, high precision, environmently friendly, energy conservation, etc.
The processing principle is: Firstly the raw material is processed by the negative pressure gravity table, fully removing the dust, bran, straw and some blighted seed; secondly the material flow into the positive pressure gravity table, with the higher separate precision, it could remove the blighted seed, worm-eaten seed, moldy seed and other light impurity; then the light impurity flow into the small type vibration grader, the big impurity and granule are separated; dust, bran and other light impurity is processed by double helix dust catcher and star type dust valve, thus protecting the environment; finished product is discharged by the positive pressure gravity table.
(1) Big capacity.
For corn,it could reach 40-50t/h. For removing moldy seed fine cleaning, capacity could reach 20-30t/h.
