Gluten Meter System
Action:
1.KMJ-II gluten tester is used in test gluten quantity and quality in flour.
2.It is suitable to the wheat flour and the entire wheat flour test.
3.Widely applies to food and the bread flour processing, the cooking oilscientific research institution, the grain stores and so on the department.
Method:
10g flour or the entire wheat flour add 5ml salt water, in the cup to mix 20s , then washes 5min with the salt water, may obtain the gluten. Under the centrifugal action, according to the SB/T10248-95 stipulation method, can calculate the wet gluten content and the gluten index.
