Vegetable Winnowing Machine
For removal of light waste such as leaves, stems, bits of pods from peas, flageolet beans, sweet corn, green beans, cauliflower and broccoli florets, Brussels sprouts, small root vegetables (carrots, turnips) small fruits ( black currant, blackberries, red currants..), mushrooms etc.
Separation in an air stream propelled upwards in a ducting.
Main components:
l Helicoidal fan with frequency converter.
l Flow rectifier to obtain a homogeneous airflow across the whole width of the separation ducting.
l Vertical product/waste separation ducting.
Main parameters:
> The winnowing machine is to separate the leaves from the stem of leafy vegetables.
> Wind selection to remove small pieces from cutting;
> Capacity: 1500kg/hr;
> Dimensions: 5000x1445x3000mm;

> Stainless steel construction, 304 stainless steel plate;
