Working principle and features( commercial fruit drying machine ):
The working principle of the GTJ series drying machine is as follows: the normal temperature air is adopted. After passing through the heat exchanger, it is changed into the high temperature dried hot air. Under the function of fan, the hot air and materials carry out heat exchange to achieve to dry. The most prominent features of the box type drying machine are convenient operation, good flexibility and controllability, wide application and strong practicality. It is especially suitable for products containing sugar or viscous products, such as sugared carrot, cabbage, kelp laver and etc. In addition, the hygienic condition is good, which makes it be easily cleaned and maintained. The parts contacting foods are made of stainless steel, which fully complies with hygienic requirements for exports.
