Q5 How to wash the machine and how to maintain the blade ?
A: Wash with water, can also be appropriate to join detergent to clean it. For some blades, it will be better to take off and wash by brush.
Tool maintenance: after each tool is cleaned, it should to dry. And then you should coated it with cooking oil to keep the cutting tool lubrication and anti-oxidation.
Q6,How to maintain the machine ?
A: Maintenance methods: machine should be added lubricant on the chain, the gear, bearing every six months, reduction gearbox should add oil. If the machine frequently used, it is recommended that each quarter will be maintenance once a year. If the machine with a belt, conveyor belt, spring, every quarter to check whether is loosen, found relaxation timely adjustment or replacement.
Q7, How to sharp the blade when its blunt or how to replace the broken blade?
A: It’s very easy to sharp blade, just sharp it with grinding wheel or oilstone. If the blade is broken, use the matched tools to take off broken one and then replace, all of our machine will including a training CD to teach you.

A: Generally a machine can 24 hours of uninterrupted work. But we suggest that the machine should stop for a while after work 4-5 hours. It has a certain protection on the machine.
