Including V molding equipment and the Lost Foam molding equipment V method casting principle is to use plastic film sealed sand box,the vacuum pump type air,the pressure differernce inside and outside the mold formation,make the dry sand compation,to form the desired cavity.V mothod casting different from the traditional sand casting is no need for adhesive,thus reducing the environmental pollution and greatly reduce the labor,the old sand recovery rate reaches more than 95%.It is composed by sand processing system and molding system.Sand processing system is composed of cooling and transportation equipment,dust removal equipment,PLC control system.realize the recycling of used sand.molding system is composed by sand box,mold mechanism,mobile vibration bench,with the flip closed box mechanical hand,finally get a higher degree of automation of molding line.
