Automatic PVC hot air plastic welding machine for inflatale boat/ballon/tentealing
This machine is perfect fot inflatable ballon,big tent and inflatable boat.It seals without any adhesive tape,just seal by hot air.Then finish the sealing work.
1, we use automatic computer chip tracking to control the temperature, the accuracy is ± 1°C.
2, we use computer chip to control welding speed, two motors to control upper and lower roller, so the speed of the two roller can be same and also can be different.
3, Protection device, soft start when machine starts heating up, automatic time delay switch will turn off the machine when it stops heating.
4, all automatic microcomputer control of machine, we can programme the machine according to customer’s requests, easy operation, stable performance and low failure rate are guaranteed
5, There is an adjusting device between the hot air tube and the rollers so as to avoid any missing welding area.
6, We have a big working table design to supply enough space for large-size airship, tent and inflatable boats welding.
