Brief Introduction:
This machine is suitable for medical,hygienic and restaurant business, 

for packing of alcoholic cotton cloth and sterilized tissue, It incorporates

 a cross deviation correction device with two degrees of freedom and 

an intelligent longitudinal photoelectric trademark positioning system.

 It can perform automatic plying, cutting and filling of tissue; pack-making,

 binding,liquid-dripping, embossing batch printing and preset counting ( Optional part ). Packs are made in two rows and are four-sided bound.

Size of Non Woven:       30 x 60 mm (or 40 x 80 mm) before fold,  single fold.
Size of Bag:                    50 x 50 mm (or 60 x 60 mm)

Capacity:                        160 Bags/min ( Using Chinese Injection Pump , Double Rows )

                                         240 bags/min ( Using Canadian Hibar Injection Pump , Double Rows )

Alchol Quantity:              0.5ml -2 ml can be injected into swab before sealing the pack.

It can count the bags per minute & hours. It can also control the daily production.
