Working principle:

Grinding disc grinds and operates relatively to grind the material into powder.

Features of the machine:

1. Its motor shaft is extended, ensure the concentric degree, make the machine run more stable, with less vibration and less noise.

2. Adding the silicone pad between the static grinding and machine’s wall, it reduces vibration and adjusts the grinding part. It makes two grinding discs more accurate, the grinding is more fine, the working noise reduces.

3.  The silicone pad is used between the motor and fixing plate, used under the fixing plate, this reduces vibration and with less noise.

4. It adopts close processing mode between the door cover and the cavity, uses step matching method, ensure no leakage and reduce wear and vibration.

5. The crushing cavity gradient uses the scientific design, it ensures tenderness of grinding further, the powder after crushing will melt in mouth.

6. Its regulator molar uses advanced mechanical processing center, ensure the processing precision, it reaches the effect of convenient-to-adjust, close-to-work and small noise.

7. Balance detection will be tested by computer after installing the grinding and scraping discs, it ensures balance of the concentricity and center of gravity. It reduces vibration and noise farthest.
