Details of the machine:
Concrete batching machine is an automatic burdening equipment which is matched with the mixer, it can finish the batching program according to the concrete rato as the request of clients.
This series of products are designed according to the technical standards of the GB10172 Technical Conditions of the concrete mixing station, it adopts electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display, remote control, is charaterized by a high weighing accuracy, fast speed, strong control function etc. It's so easy to operate that just press the button.
It could match with the corresponding concrete mixer, can combine mixing stations of differente forms and specifictions, but the price is 1/2-1/3 of the other mixing station. And it's very convenient to install, is the ideal equipment.
Note: This series of products(except PLD800S) can be used with Two-way conveying belt conveyor, one batching can be matched with two mixers, the effect is very good.
