To ensure the whole kernel rate, the almond
has to be calibrated before de-hulling.
Usually we grade nuts to 4 sizes.

Almond de-huller
The de-huller process each size separately
by adjusting the roller’s slit. Those un-hulled
almond will be conveyed back for next
round de-hulling automatically.

Fine separator
This part can separate small shells from
kernels. We use two re-separator to insure
the performance.
