Structure features and working principle of automatic peanut sheller machine:
Ths machine adopts grain rod, grid, concave plate, draught fan, gravity separation and secondary
elevator, etc, simple and compact structure, simple operation, steable performance, safe and reliable.
Operation principle: the peanut is feeding to fall on the coarse grid, because the rolling force between
rotating plate and fixed grid concave plate, to spin out the peanut kernel and shell, then all falling on
the screen, then blowing out most of the peanut shell out off the machine through the air duct by wind.
The peanut kernel and part of the unpeeled small fruit together falling onto the proportion sorting sieve.
Through seperation, the peanut kernel on screen line, through the mouth into the sack, and the unpeeled
small peanut fruit underside the sieving after discharging crossing into the elevator, again by elevator into
the shell fine grid to have secondary shelling. Through screening all can be shelled.
