Introduction of dry powder briquette press machine:

The "Lantian" dry powder briquette press machine is a kind of briquetting equipment, to compress one or more powder material mixed with a certain proportion of binder, into briquettes which with certain shapes and physical and chemical proterties. This machine is a kind of energy conservation and environmental protect project, saving cost, creating huge benefits.

What's the material of dry powder briquette press machine :

To enhance pressure intensity, our machine moulds all adopts 65mn manganese,9 chrome molybdenum forging, hardness more than 60 level, use high wear-resistant coal processing technology, service life increasing 5-8 times.

Operation principle of dry powder briquette press machine:

The motor power through V-belt, is sent to the reducer, and then through coupler to the drive shaft, then by a pair of open gear to ensure the rollers synchronous (constant speed reverse).

Motor → V belt → Reducer → Coupler → Open Gear → Rollers.

Application of dry powder briquette press machine:

1. The shapes of briquettes: square, oval, goose egg, circular, pillow, bread, cylinder, etc. You can also has your own ideal shapes, we will make the moulds as your requirements.

2. Application: for coal, charcoal, chemical engineering, metallurgy, building material, plastic, ceramics, cast, etc, sectors.

3. Size: in a certain limits can be devided by yourself.

Auxiliary Equipments of the Whole Production Line:

The briquette machine of "Lantian" auxilliary equipments have feeder, crusher, mixer, conveyor, etc. Different production line the configuration of equipment is also different, the whole line can be fully configured to fulfill automatic producing, saving labor, bring more benefits to the enterprise.

Crusher:

Crushing is the first step for making iron briquettes, the powdery materialshould be less than 1mm, and the size is controllable by adjusting the air-fan. Crushed material dust will all keep in the tank without losing or dropping. 

Mixer:

Mixing is the second step for making charcoal briquettes, our wheel mill machine is a really pragmatic mixing device for one can service several purposes. It has not only the function of mixing iron powder with liquid binder as usual mixer, but also can press to increase the density of charcoal dust, so that the final briquettes can be very hard and with good strength.

Dryer:

Drying is the last step of making ball shape briquettes, it is used to drying the final briquettes which have 15-20% water content duo to the liquid binder, our vertical type dryer is specially designed for the ball briquettes of mineral material.

Packaging and shipping of our machines:

1. All the machines will be wrapped up with plastic film first (including the motor).
2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
