High Output Camphor Ball Press Machine
Introduction of Camphor Ball Press Machine:
Camphor ball press machine is mainly used for pressing the coal, charcoal
briquettes that can be directly cast into furnace use. The camphor ball press
machine can one-time molding, with good hardness, high productivity, for
many years have been used in many power plant, coal washery, coal
briquette molding plant, with good effects.

Shapes: pillow-shaped ball, egg-shaped ball, oval-shaped ball, circle-
shaped ball, square-shaped ball, columnar-shaped ball, banding-shaped
ball, cake-shaped ball, etc.

Production Line Equipments:
Crusher:
Crushing is the first step for making charcoal briquettes, the charcoal
powder should less than 1mm, and the size is controllable by adjusting
the air-fan. Crushed charcoal dust will all keep in the tank without losing
or dropping.
Mixer:
Mixing is the second step for making charcoal briquettes, our wheel
mill machine is a really pragmatic mixing device for one can service
several purposes. It has not only the function of mixing charcoal powder
with liquid binder as usual mixer, but also can press to increase the
density of charcoal dust, so that the final briquettes can be very hard
and with good strength.
Dryer:
Drying is the last step of making charcoal briquettes, it is used to drying
the final briquettes which have 15-20% water content duo to the liquid
binder.
