There are the following processes:Step one: Wood crusher: the first step is to crush bamboo wastes into fine  powder.  Our wood crusher can crush bamboo   wastes till its  dimension  about  1mm  . And  if you want to make high density  wood rods, you  need to  ensure fine  powder’s dimensionless  than 3mm.  Step two:  Dryer:  the second step is to dry fine powder till its humidity less than 12%.Step three: Bamboo charcoal brick machine: the third step is to shape fine dry powderinto  highdensity  wood rods. Step four: Carbonization furnace: the last step is turn wood rods into charcoal rods by  using carbonization furnace.
