The operation principle:
1. Before starting: please firstly pure 25 kg gear oil, tighten the plug head fillingafter refueling.
2. Carefully check the power line, prevent the electric leakage and ensuring the safty of using electricity.
3. Carefully check the machine motor, transmission parts in parts of bolts, screws are solid, if there are any loose phenomenon, in order to timely fastening.
4. Fuel straw briquette making machine briquettes for material requirements: the length should be less than 60mm corn straw,wheat straw which the water content should be 10-20%; the peanut shell,rice husk, which water content less than 12-14%.
5. Depending on the type of material before feeding set preheating temperature, corn and wheat straw between 70-90 degrees Celsius, peanut shell, rice husk between 80-100 degrees Celsius.
6. Idle for 1 minute before start up, check whether the machine rotation is normal, if normal, please firstly feeding for a little, after the remaining material is completely discharged out off the machine, then you can evenly feed material.
7. Before loading, please be sure to pay attention to the raw material of hard staff, put an end to stone and iron into the hopper so as not to damage the machine.
8. Every tine when run 8 hours, pure 2-3 drops of oil at a time. Please put a little wet material before downtime, so that the boot after discharge smoothly.
The matters needing attention:
1. When operating, please strictly in accordance with the operational procedures and operations.
2. When operation, can not touch the hot parts, so as to avoid the burns.
3. Material is too wet, can't start the machines.
4. No material, do not idle in the hopper. If raw material moisture content over 30% boring machine (discharging) occur, shut off the machine in time and clean up the wet material inside the hopper, then added to confirm to the requirements of the raw material can be normal production.
5. If the machine has abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately, to mcheck it, it is forbidden to remove the hopper boot.
