Nut Hulling Machine
Working principle of Nut Hulling Machine
Workers put the raw material into hopper firstly and them itself run into the rotary drum ,then the shell and kernel separation by use of the frictional force between marked steel plate and intaglio plate when rotating ,
after that those mixture flows out via the front concave hole and when passing the air flue ,the shell was blow out ,for the kernel and some unopened seeds automatically dropped into weight screener for further separation,
and pure kernel comes out from screen upper and connected with a plastic bag , for the seeds still with shell they flows into the hopper again under the force of fan for a second hulling
