Working Principle of Mung Bean Grinder
This machine is designed for using the high speed rotation between movable teech disc and Fixed Fluted Disc to crush the raw material into powder via the effect of impact , friction and collide from the material or teech disc. Then the shredded material flows out from the grinder chamber via discharge hole, and the fineness are controlled via adjust the different screen.
The machine structure is simple,sturdy,stable operation,crushing material quickly,evenly to good effect . The machine are all made of SUS 304 stainless steel , machine shell internal(crushed slot)all alveolar precision machining to achieve a smooth surface,easy to clean,so that food,drugs,chemical production more in line with national standards,to achieve the health requirements of the GMP.
