Motor, transmission , 6-13pcs friction roller, machine box .
Working principle of Tuber Crop Washing Equipment
It use attrition roller to peel off the deeper skin of root vegetables via continuously rotation , in the meantime , the water cleaning them by high pressure spraying pipe which fixed aboved machine . As testing , the surface of peeled vegetable and fruit is very smooth , soil attached on root vegetables can be cleaned thoroughly .
Application of Tuber Crop Washing Equipment :
- It is suitable for potato , taro , ginger, yam , Lobed Kudzuvine Root , cassava , kiwi, lotus root , onion , carrot , radish .
- Suitable for those school canteen , restaurant , big food processing factory , super market and etc .
Clients can choose roller type :
- Soft brush : it can only washing root crop (for removing soil) like carrot , lotus root and ginger .
- Combination of emery roller and hard nylon brush roller : both washing and peeling potatoes , kiwi , yam, taro and etc .
- Combination of steel wire roller and hard brush roller : for washing and peeling cassava and the root of kudzu vine at same time .
Remark:
- This kind of washing peeling machine can be connected to the following processing step like cutting , blanching , frying , de-oiling and packing in a whole production line for fried chips . Especially after adding one screw propeller inside working chamber , it can achieve full automatic discharge one by one for instead manual push .
- Except this model , also we have another more for reference, even can accept customized-produce (provide OEM service ) , but need clients advise exact capacity and size requirements , even for that logo design .
the skin will flows out with the dirty water together and goes into the gutterway which designed well in your kitchen or factory. If you want to add a automatic skin-collecting device, pls let me know, it will cost more extra money .
