Product Description of Briquette Press Machine
Ball press machine is designed to press coal powder,sponge iron powder,sludge,kaolin clay,activated carbon , mill stone ,fgd gypsum , slag, fluorite powder,iron ore powder, calcined lime ,copper powder,manganese alloy,iron oxide skin,aluminum powder, manganic mineral, chromium ores powder and etc into all various shape briquettes with high density,the common ones are pillow/diamond(square)/oval,rectangle and ball shape as below
The briquette machine is widely used in refractory , metallurgy , chemicals and etc industries.
The finished coal briquettes has properties of high efficiency , energy saving and environment protection .
(the rate of coal saving :15-25% )
(smoke blackness reduced to 1/2 Ringelmann grade)
(55-75%sulfur fixation efficiency )
Working Principle of Briquette Press Machine
This series of briquette machine will pass the power on to the two pressure roller through the reducer.
The two sides and roll rotation, in both the rotating roll,Natural materials to enter the ball roll mode,
with the roll rotation, material pressure on a small become larger, When the material to the two rollers
rotating line contact point, the pressure of materials has reached the peak. Tremendous pressure in
the role of line, the materials become a finished product from the powder ball.

Remark: Based on different materials, briquettes’ size, capacity, the technical parameter is adjustable.
Working Procedure
If your raw material are charcoal powder, that is
charcoal powder(less than 5mm )->mix bonds to stir->press mixture into different shape
If your raw material are coal powder,that will be a little complicated
And if your raw materal is desulfurization gypsum , special compaction machine is needed .
So different raw material have to be equiped wih different flowchart ,also the layout is varioius according to the basic situation of your raw material , basically we can arrange 100t-500t Production line ,so if you have interests in our company, pls contact as the following info:
