Working Principle
Coal rods making machine feed the ratio and retting coal powder mixture into a
nitrogentreated barrel by the extrusion of principle , which will compress into section for
round or plum flower form or other shape.
The final coal rods have a certain mechanical strength by formed in this equipments .
Product Description
1.Coal rods extrusion machine is used for making the coal be rods. In the manufacture process, lime is not needed to be added.
So it reduces the cost of the fuel, improves the calorific value of coal, and has higher economic benefit.
2.This machine adopts the variable pitch impeller, which will put forward the power coal strongly in the back of the cylinder body,
after barrel volume is compressed, the power coal is extruded through the front head and forms coal rods. There are many kinds
of round hole shape, so there are many kinds of coal rods

Quality guarantee term is for one year. Malfunctions which are caused by machine-self and quality will be responsible for our manufacturer. Other malfunctions which are caused by operation mistakes, man-made problems, etc will be responsible for clients-self.
Working Procedure
- Carbonization the wood waste into charcoal by carbonization furance ,like peanut husk,wood timber waste, coconut husk,cotton stalk and etc
- Crushing the wood charcoal briquette or stick into small particles within 1cm
- Pouring the shredded carbon grit into blender for further grinding and sufficient mixing with the adhesive as well as water
- Extruding , and then you will get the rods with 30% moisture ,for the length it can cutted automaticlly ,if you prefer the same length ,a auto-cutter equipment are available .
- Drying the finished rods in sunshine for sale in the market
