Working Principle of Oil Press Manufacturer
The main working principle is use of the thrust of the hydraulic cylinder, filling and preload the raw material, then extract oil, automatic maintaining pressure, complete the oil press once only.

Working Procedure
- drying the oil seedsl till that feels hot and can easily smash when pinch
- crushing the baked seeds into powder ,the finer the better
- putting the powder into the steamer till there are oil flows out when grasp in hand as a ball .The longer time steamed the more oil.
- Filling the steamed oil seeds powder into the drum and then press ,during this period ,pls notes that :
(1) take turns to use the two barrels ,when one is pressing and the other one is preparing or filling
(2) putting some straw on the bottom of barrel to avoid the raw material sticked on the division board , approximately every 10-15kgs raw material requires one division board and meanwhile do add some straw on its upper and below side.
Remark: Also we have another type with single barrel ,the working principle are same with double barrel type, and the only difference is you have to waste more time to putting the new material for a second pressing after first pressing finished ,therefore its productivity is a little smaller .
