Disc Wood Chipper
The Disc Wood Chipper is mainly composed of four parts: principal machine, coupling, bottom frame and motor, etc, in which the principal machine is composed of cutter head, upper and lower covers, feed inlet and outlet, etc. The design of this Disc Wood Chipper allows disc to be easily moved towards or away from the anvil, this provides a very tight set-up clearance between the knife and the anvil for producing excellent wood chips. The disc chippers are supplied with face-mounted knives and wedges for a damage-resistant, simple knife package The chips length is adjustable in accordance with the requirement of the paper pulp, particle board and fibre-board industries. By the processing, the materials are turned into high quality, uniform, and multi-application wood chips, which are ideal materials for the manufacture of particle board, MDF and paper pulp. The chips are also well suited as fuel for high intensity burning in modern heating plants.
This series of Disc Wood Chipper are suitable for wood chips preparation in the paper pulp, and wood-based panel industries, as well as the chip production bases, by which, logs and small wood are cut into high quality with even length and uniform chip thickness, it is also suitable for the chipping of branches and twigs, planks, etc. Compact in structure, easy to operate and maintenance, high capacity, excellent quality of chips, as well as low energy consumption, all these features contribute to the fact that it is an ideal equment for various chip applications.
