This wood crusher is used for crush wood logs into chipps. Can driven by electrice and diesel engine according to users' requirements.
This drum crusher makes high quality pulp or fuel chips from lumber trims, slabs, veneer trims, edgings, blocks, log ends, oversized chips and solid wood. Also tree length wood, brush, stringy bark and limbs can be processed.
It is a ideal equipment for chips production.The machine is made up of high strength steel plate so it is strong enough for working. The knives are connected to the rotor by clamping plate. Connected by hydraulic system, the upper faced roller assembly can float up and down over the material to be cut within certain range according to the thickness of the material.

Notes about of Industrial Wood Crusher
1. The life of the knife is 2-3 months, it need to polish per day.
2. The size of raw material need to be less 200mm on diameter, and less 1000mm on length.
3. The outlet size of wood chip is less 3mm on thickness, and less 15-25 on length. But the size of the finished wood chip can be adjustable by changing the distance of the knives.
4. There is one request to the wood material, which can not be with wood skin. Before we use this wood chipper, we must firstly peel the skin of the wood; otherwise it will damage the knives heavily and reduce the capacity.
5. The metal material is the most elements to damage the knives.
