This machine mainly cut and chip peeled small tree,bamboo material,slab material etc. But it is not suitable for cutting the material too thick(more than 350mm),too liney(less than 30mm),too short(less than 250mm),too thin(less than 5mm) and irregular(undecomposed stump and branch) uniformly, also it can't cut bamboo chips whose thickness is below 5mm hierarchically.

This chipping machine mainly consist of engine base,inlet, chipper disk,enclosure,blade and electric controller. You can adjust the blade size as your need to produce different specification and thickness wood chips.

• Working principle of wood chipping machine/wood chipper

Feed the wood material into the inlet, when the wood material contact the blades, it begins to cut with the high rotating speed of the chipper disk. The chipped wood will be discharged by the high speed airflow which produce by the fan blade of chipper disk in the cutting chamber.

•  Usage of wood chipping machine/wood chipper

The wood chipper machine is a specified equipment for producing chips, the chips are widely used in paper making, shaving board,MDF etc.

The specifications of the chip is: Length 15~20mm,thickness 3~5mm, and the width is less than 20mm.
