Introductions of Corn sheller
This machine is used to peel the skin of corn and make the maize removed from the cob. It also can peel the skin of corn and thresh the corn at same time or in separate, according to the client's requirement.
It is high frequency and can be connected with kinds of tractor. Even if there is no tractor, it can be connected with kinds of motors both one-phase and three-phase.
Working principle of Corn sheller
Corn threshing machine is made of roller, rotor composition, feeding device,rack and so on five parts.the screen mesh and the rotor composition together form threshing room, The rotor composition is the main working components, the process of corn threshing is completed in threshing room.
Features of Corn sheller
1. Corn sheller is divided into 600 A1, 600 A2, 660 B1, 660B2 type. Especially the type A it is multi-usage can peel, can threshing. Type B high efficiency, and to all kinds of dynamic machine is linked together, including tractors, gasoline engine, motor, and the diesel engine and plow machine.
2. This machine has two big performance: one kind is can peeling, one kind is can threshing, twice finished. After the skin, tear ripped skin part of the rotor four shaft standards. Change into threshing rotor, need not change can not only threshing motor, effort. ShengJin, convenient, safe, reliable, and power, energy consumption is low, small work efficiency.
