Introductions
The 6YL-series screw oil press is the most popular oil press machine in oil industry, it is suitable for pressing kinds of oil-bearing seeds such as peanuts, rapeseeds, soybean, cotton seeds, tea seeds, tung tree seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut meat, palm kernel etc, especially for medium-small scale oil factory and private user, also for the pre-pressing of extraction.
Work principle
When running the power, the prepared materials enter into the extruding chamber through the feeder, the oil seeds moved on forward into the pressing chamber by the rotating pressing screw,
The diameter of the screw is turn big, so friction between the materials, screw and the chamber will be created, under the high-pressure conditions in the chamber, the oil seeds will be pressed and squeezed which helps change its inner molecule structure, damages the colloid, increase the plasticity, decreased oil’s viscosity, the high quality oil will be produced.
