CMC HV OCMA DFCP-7 standard for oilfield use
1. This material can meet OCMA DFCP-7 standard
2. CMC content on dry basis: 60% min
3. Non toxic material.
The yields of various CMC slurries each aged 24 hours and having an apparent viscosity shall be as follow:
distilled water slurry: 160m3/ton min
sea water slurry: 130m3/ton min
saturated salt water slurry: 140m3/ton min
moisture: 6% max
In sea water filter loss not exceed 10ml/30 mint upon adding 7g/l of HV CMC
in fresh water at temperature 250F filter loss not exceed 20ml/30 mint upon adding 10g/l of HV CMC.etc.
