Hydrogen Purifier
Technical features:
- The plant adopts Pd & Pt bimetallic deoxygenating catalyst, oxygen content can reach less than 1 ppm, and even at normal pressure, oxygen content can reach less than 5 ppm.
- Adopt high quality molecular sieve, adsorption capacity and rate are large, the dew point of hydrogen can be less or equal to -75 degrees centigrade.
- Adopt efficient sinter nickel tube filter, the filter efficiency can be 99.9999%, the particle granularity can reach less than or equal to 0.3μm
- The working pressure of purification is 0.8-3.2MPa adjustable, and the max capacity can be 15% high than design value.
- Two options for adsorption dryer regeneration
Option 1: adopts two-adsorption dryer, using high-purity nitrogen for regeneration
Option 2: adopts three-adsorption dryer, no out-coming gas for regeneration. Through special process, there is zero hydrogen discharge during regeneration. - It has compact structure, integrated component, and easy maintenance. PLC + touch screen or process control machine to make complete automatic control.
