YRKK-series 3/6/10 Kv (or 3.3/6.6/11 Kv) wound rotor (Slip Ring) three phase asynchronous motor conform to IEC standard. The motor has such advantage as high efficiency, energy-saving, low noise, low vibration, light weight and reliable performance. They are easy for installation and maintenance. The motor can generate larger start- torque at the state of relatively lower starting current and the speed can be adjusted within a limited range.
Applications:
A large starting torque is required that can not be obtained from a squirrel-cage motor.
The capacity of the feeder line is insufficient to start a squirrel cage motor.
Applications where the longer starting time and frequent starting are needed.
Adjustment of speed is needed with in a limited ranged such as windlass. Press machines, drawing machines, etc.
The YRKK-series motor adopts Class-F insulation. The bearing structure is designed according to IP54, and grease lubrication are used Non-stopping ill-filled and oil-discharging units are provided.
The structure and the mounting type of the motor is of IMB3 with continuous duty(S1), the rated frequency is 50HZ and the protection degree is IP44 or IP54/IP55, the rated voltage are 3/6/10 Kv (or 3.3/6.6/11 Kv), other voltage requirement or special requirement should be negotiate with manufacturer before order is placed.
