Small Scale--30TPD Wheat Flour Milling Line

30T/24H wheat flour production line adopts two-layer steel frame structure with continuous operation. The cleaning section adopts two sievies, two scourers, one destoner, one washing, two magnetic separating and etc technologies. All the elevators adopt bucket elevators greatly increase the production efficiency; meanwhile, decrease the power consumption extending the lifetime of the equipment. Milling section adopts milling bran and core respectively, and the following milling equipped with flour brusher which is a new technology. This production line could produce two kinds of flour which is adjustable according to requirement.
