Wheat flour milling plant line preview

1.Triple cleaning sieve: Through the beat function of the wheat scourer, brusher to remove dust sand small seed, bacterial count and insect seed.

2.Damper: Dampening the wheat bran before mill to ensure the bran's integrity during the milling processing, avoid the bran going into the flour to keep flour quality.

3.Wheat scourer: clean the surface of the wheat, ensure that the play ash content of wheat finished points can reach to the standard.

4.Destoner: Mainly remove stone in the wheat to protect them milled into the flour and also protect the roller on the milling process.

5.Rotary sieve classifier: through value drive shaft makes the sifter planar rotating to separating the impurities from the grains.

6.Mill: Mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving

7.Double-plan sifter: To separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to enssure flour quality.

8.Wheat bran brushing machine:  separate the fine particle from the surface  of wheat bran.  Thus  reducing the rate of the bran, enhance the rate of the powder.

9.High pressure fan: offer wind force, wind pressure
