Whole wheat flour is when milling wheat , only need crush and don't  remove bran program, the whole grain include wheat bran and the germ  In the wheat bran, it consists of high-grade cellulose fibres of invariably high nutritional value. The bread that made with whole wheat flour has more wheat original stay on the taste than ordinary white bread , and the bran part contains extremely rich vitamin B1, B2, B6, pantothenic acid.

This machine mainly used for a variety of whole grain powder production, nutrition powder production. it has the advantage of high yield, fine degree and it reaches more than 500 mesh. The fineness of the products are adjustable, low milling temperature make sure that trace element is not lost, so it is especially suitable for wheat corn, coarse grains, wheat whole grain powder of heat-sensitive materials powder milling

Production line Technological Process:

Cleaning part: Raw grain of wheat → Efficient vibrating screen+aspirator → magnetic separation → wheat scourer+aspirator → plansifter+aspirator → destoner+ aspirator → magnetic separation → destoner wheat washer → wheat wetting  →  wheat scourer+aspirator  → magnetic separation  → clean wheat

Milling part: Clean wheat → micron mill → checking sifter → whole wheat flour → magnetic separation → packing

Final product:

Whole wheat bread flour:  the production of wheat cleaning processes similar with the grade wheat flour production cleaning process, but the milling process is different. Whole wheat flour milling process is very simple and  short.  the  process with powder machine alone can be crushed into whole wheat flour, wheat  grade flour milling process is longer, need multichannel grinder peace screen respectively grinding and sieving,and  produce a very refined flour bran content.
