Technological  Process

raw material-- cleaning section --- milling section – sifting and packaging section.

1. cleaning section

To clean out the impurities from corn. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, we use screening, destoner, magnetic separator  to select the middle and small impurities. This section is to prepare the corn for millling part.

2.Milling section

 Polishing: hull and polish the corns to prepare for the milling procedure

 Milling: mill the corn to break the integrity with electric or pneumatic milling machine.
