Product Application
Impurity Seeds are separated by their density to remove immature, infested, musty, sprouted seeds and mixtures with similar size and weight as seeds. It is also the ideal machine for sunflower seeds and tea clean.
It is a cereal fine cleaning machine .

Structural features:
1. Heavy duty and robust steel structural frame to absorb the vibrations.
2.Rectangular deck for greater capacity and accuracy.
3. Fans are dynamically balanced with individual adjustable controller for each fan for precise control of air flow and easy maintenance.
4. Cellular vertical air distribution device mounted under the deck make the air lifting evenly.
5. Square woven mesh screen made of steel wire with no bottom fabric ensures air passing through no dead band.
6. Eccentrics are counter balanced giving smooth oscillation action to the deck.
7. Variable feed speed, deck inclination, vibration speed and air volume in wide range by individual control units.
8. Safe guards to all moving parts ensure the safe operation.
9. Environmentally friendly with screen dust cover, low noise.
