The process of production 

1.The raw material of polystyrene  foam sheet  is GPPS( general purpose polystyrene ).

2.It is fed into the loading hopper by automatic loading equipment, fill in anti-shrinking agent when material is plasticized and mixed in the first extruder.

3.then transmit it to the second extruder after filtering from the screen changer, making a further plasticizing and mixing with foaming agent.

4.After cooling, the product is extruded from die, then cooled and shaped by the shaping and cooling system, pulled by pulling machine and rolled by winder when it reaches certain of length, changing the roll weighing, and packing to warehouse.
