This line is the whole production line, which can form ceiling tiles from raw material. The material is recycled. The work flow is as follows: raw material---(ps foam sheet extrusion line)---foam sheet---(ceiling tiles forming machine and cutting machine)---ceiling tiles ---(plastic recycle machine)---plastic granulars( this part can be used as raw material)----foam sheet.

For producing ceiling tiles, you can change the mould to producing different patterns.

1.ps foam sheet extruder machine

a.PS Foam Sheet extruder Machine uses a tandem screw technology to produce fine-block cell-structured extruded polystyrene foam sheet with high strength and a pearl and even surface, in a continuous roll, from polystyrene injection an eco-friendly blowing gas and additives. It has a user friendly operating system with inverter controlled driving, digital temperature control etc.

b.PS foam sheet extruder machine produce PS foam sheet, which is a kind of new-type packing with the features of shock proofing, sound insulating, heat preservation, damp proof, safety, and good plasticity. It is used widely in the packing of food, fruit, electronic product, daily necessities, hardware product, advertisement plate, etc.

This machine is mainly suitable for polystyrene(PS) foam sheet . 

It made the roll sheet to various kinds of ceiling tiles by vacuum forming  which is used in decorating the house, the product have the feature of holding  the indoor humidity accommodating and friendly environmental .mould proof and sterilization improving  our  life  space grately .

 Features of this machine:

1.This kind of machine uses hydraulic and mechanical combine with pneumatic to achieve the automated continuous operation of feeding,forming,stripping,subboard cut andstacking. PLC control system make the machine work more reliable.

2. It adopts photocell to control the feeding be more stable and reliable, the feeding width and length can be adjusted steplessly, it is suitable for arranging different mould. It has an advantage of high efficient.

3.Adopted hollow far infrared heating piece to equip with up and down heating system, it has automatic temperature control 

system.

4.According to the requirements of customer,this machine could usewind cooling and water fog system,it can work continuouly without water-cooling system, and it is suitable for producing non-metal mould .

5. With doubleshaft loosening device, transverse cutting and pilling unit, to improve the efficiency of production.
