PE Foam Sheet Making Machine
Product Description:
1.The raw material of pe foam sheet making machine is low density polyethylene;
2.it is fed into the extruder with the L/D 55:1 by automatic loading equipment.
3.The talcum powder is fed into the unloading equipment through the Italy double screw. And then enter into screw to plasticize.
4. The anti-shrinking agent is injected into spiral tube by GMS pump to mix with raw materials.
5.The function is to prevent the products shrinking.
6.The liquid butane will be injected into the screw tube through the high pressure butane pump to foam.
7.After cooling by the screw tube, the plasticized blend materials will extrude out from the nose.
8.After the product reaching the length customer requires, the meter counter will alarm automatically. And then change the roll, weigh, pack and enter into warehouse.
9.pe foam sheet extruder machine can make different foam sheet width and thickness according to customer requirement.
10.The foam sheet has the features of dampproof , shockproof, soundproof, heat preservation and good plasticity. After laminating, the foam sheet will get high dampproof performance. These products are mainly used for placing under floor.
