Brief introduction
and HIP Sintering technology,tungsten carbide wire guiding rolls are well finished and polished by high precision CNC grinding machine to control the tolerance within 0.02mm,roughness grade within Ra 0.2-0.4. The high hardness and smooth surface make the minimum harm to wires during the procedure.
Classification
Tungsten carbide wire guiding rolls could be divided into V type,R type and U type according to the
shape of the roller groove.tungsten carbide V type roller mainly are 90°,110°,120°,etc.tungsten
carbide R type could R2.0mm to R25.0mm,the outer diameter are available from Φ1.0-Φ500.0mm.
Main property
Good hardness: 86-93 HRA,means 69-81 HRC
high heat resistance: tungsten carbide rolls could keep 60 HRC its property under 800-900℃
Excellent wear resistance:service life of tungsten carbide wire guiding rolls are 10 times longer than
that of steel roller.
Application
Tungsten carbide wire guiding rolls are assembled with bearings to transfer wires or rebar before rolling of cold/hot milling machine,it’s also be called as pre-rolling.they are mainly used on metal wire
industry,such as electric wires,cables,metal meshes,steel ropes,steel rebars,stainless steel wires etc,also be used in fabric,chemistry and other fields.
