1.The production process

 a.RTP powder

 Soon after the order is confirmed, our production will start to prepare the RTP powder as per customer’s requirement with our wet-grinding machine as follows: 

b.Press 

   After the PTP powder is well prepared, it will be put into pressing as the processing art.

 c.Sintering

   10 sets of HIP sintering in the factory ensures the best quality and production capacity. 

 d. Grinding processing

The goods can be ground according to customers’ order to a tolerance of +/-0.05

 e.sandblast or coating

The final processing is sandblasting or coating upon your request. These will make the products look more beautiful.
