2.Can I get samples?
Sure. Usually, we charge 3 times sale price as sample fee, and sample charge will be refund when you place
order.We send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. Customer undertake freight.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
It takes 7 days if we have storage for the color you choose. If you do a new color or you want to do a new style stool we don’t make before, it will take about 15 days.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It depend on quantity, usually 45-50 days. WHY SO LONG TIME?
1) Material need to order from rattan factory. It need 15 days.
2)Our product are 100% handmade. One worker just can do one stool a day.
3)Electrowelding and paint frame also need time, so lead time is 45-50 days. Thank you for your patience!
5. How many colors are available?
We have own color atla. We can send to you for your reference.
Also, you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. However, our color atla color aredoing many times, so there is only a little color difference. So I recommend you choose color from our color
atla.
6.Which kinds of certificate do you have?
SGS and BV. Our quality can meet European & USA standard.
7. Where is your factory? Can I visit your factory?
Sure! Our factory is in Bobai city, Guangxi province. Longan is famous city for weave craft.
